User with a regular InDesign license via ETLA can't use the app

Good afternoon,  in our company i manage an ETLA contract. I've a problem with an user  with with a regular InDesign license. After the log with AbobeID and after select the company profile the result is a page with the options for buy the license or start the trial version. I tried to remove the license and the profile from admin console and starting from the beginnig creating the profile again and assign the license. The problem still the same. Any solutions ? Thanks.
