Users email that was supposed to be used for enterprise account was already set up as personal

We have a user in our organization that had her email address set up as a personal Adobe account so that when she attempted to login to the CC desktop it said Personal Accounts are not permitted.  The email address wasn't supposed to be a personal account and was supposed to be the account used to sign in to our Adobe Enterprise account.    I have deleted the personal account but it now says the personal account has been disabled when trying to log in with the account.

How long does it take after the delete process for the account to be completely removed from your systems?

Please check and confirm if the user's account is added in the admin console as a federated ID.

Adobe and Federated ID is different identity type and never conflicts. If the user's account is created and added with the federated ID then you have to select the "company or school account" option to log in.
