I have Access to Admin Console and we  have  4 users that have received emails that their Adobe Pro Licences had expired.      There is nothing in the Console about any expired Licences, and    received  recent invoice and not reporting any issue.    I have  emailed account Manager , but havent had a response yet.

Hi @stephen_5165,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand the concern regarding the emails about Adobe Pro licenses appearing to have expired.

Here are some steps and resources to assist you:

Verify License Status: Review the license status in the Adobe Admin Console. Occasionally, there may be delays in status updates.
Check User Accounts: Ensure the affected users’ accounts are correctly linked to active licenses. Reassigning licenses in the Admin Console can sometimes resolve such issues.

Could you please confirm whether the affected users can access the Acrobat Pro app, or if they are encountering any trial or license expired errors when attempting to use the software?

If users are seeing trial or license expired notifications while trying to access Acrobat Pro, please refer to the following documentation for assistance: Resolve trial and license expired errors.

Feel free to reach out if you require further support!

Regards,
^AN
