Users unable to access CC Team Library

MacOS 15.2 and MacOS 14

A few days ago a user in our organisation noticed they have read-only access to a few CC Shared Libraries. Since I created these libraries, I tried removing the user from these libraries and inviting them again. After they accepted the invite, the Libraries are still in View Only Mode. 

I tried something else - I downloaded a copy of a Library, imported it back to Creative Cloud Libraries and moved it from Personal to Team (moved to Business Storage). 

Unfortunately the same user is unable to see this Library at all. Furthermore, other Team Members with active CC accounts also cannot see the newly created Team Library - meaning that moving Shared Libraries to Team ones may not be an ideal solution. 

 

Can we please have some assistance here, as we're a paying client and some timely support is expected?
