Users unable to login to Acrocat

Hi, 

I have several users that cannot login to Acrobat Pro. When they press sign-in, nothing happens. 

I have tried uninstalling Acrobat and Adobe CC with the removal tool and cleaner tool. I have ran windows updates. I have cleared the credential manager. 

Adobe CC signs in fine and shows full license, but users cannot login. Any help is appreciated!

Could you please share the screenshot of the error your users are facing while trying to sign into Acrobat?
