Using a creative cloud pro subscription on different computers/different networks

Hi there. My first post here.

Here in my company we subscribed for two creative cloud pro licenses. We then created two accounts and installed some apps on two different pc's of our lan. I'm one of the two users. Here is the question:

When I'm at home doing some smartworking ( and my workstation at work is turned off), am I allowed to use the same account for installing the apps on my personal pc and use them freely?

many thanks in advance,

Max

Hi @3310972_Fontana,

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Enterprise and Teams Community.

Yes, as a licensed user under a Creative Cloud Pro subscription, you are allowed to install and activate Creative Cloud applications on up to two computers—for example, your work computer and your personal computer at home. However, you can use the apps on only one computer at a time.

In your case, it’s perfectly fine to install and use the same Adobe ID and license on your personal PC at home, as long as your work computer is not being used simultaneously. Adobe permits signing in on up to two devices per account, but only one can be active for app use at a time, regardless of whether the devices are for work or home use.

You can refer to the following document for more details:
Install and activate apps on multiple computers

If you try to use a third computer, Adobe will prompt you to sign out from one of the previously activated devices, which can be done directly from the activation dialog.

Please note that Individual and Teams licenses are assigned to a single user and credentials must not be shared with others, including coworkers or family members.

Since these licenses were purchased by your company, you may also want to confirm with your administrator whether using the license for personal use is permitted under your organization’s policy.

Hope this clarifies your query! Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
