Using AAMEE to create an unattended installation using volume license + upgrade license

I need to create an unattended installation for Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Standard.

Unfortunately I only have a volume license for CS2 and and upgradecode for CS5.

When I perform a manuel installation I am able to enter both serial numbers (first CS2 then CS5) but when using AAMMEE I am only able to use the upgrade which results in having to enter the CS2 license manually for each user on startup.

Is there some way to incorporate both licenses in the unattended installation?
