Using DeployStudio to deploy Adobe CC to filevault encrypted Macs

Does anybody have a recommendation for deploying Adobe CC to filevault encrypted Macs via DeployStudio. The problem is that when booted to deploystudio the HD is not seen (this is expected behaviour), and therefore it will not deploy. Preferably not involving unencrypting then re-encrypting after deploying. Aplologies in advance for cross posting.
