using rum and Ausst

trying to update my internal update server and it keeps downloading the latest versions in chinese - where as i need engllish (GB) rum comes back with failed to download when the auust is crap in it self. i beg someone send me some answers plss and dont worry ive done everything you lot have said in the past too.

    This needs further investigation like the command you are using, the FFC.XML file, and some other Adobe logs. I would suggest creating a support ticket from the admin console for further assistance.
