Using shared licence on iphone

Hello - i have access to a range of products - lightroom etc etc through my work as a shared licence. But when i download and install the apps on my iphone and login it puts me on a trial version. Is this correct, i imagined it would link to my organisations licence? Thanks

    Hi Chris,

     

    Did you log in with the same Adobe ID and password as your work account?

     

    It may be that your iPhone is using a different account. Check/confirm to see what plan is associated with the login you are using:

    Hi, yes it is the same account  - even deleted the app and reinstalled and uninstalled from work computer etc
