VDI Deployment with Adobe Standard DC

Question

Hi all,

Having an issue prepping Adobe Standard to roll out in a VDI environment. Followed the below article, but no matter what we try, we get the below error. Any suggestions? Using Horizon View 7.0.1. Thanks!

Hi Ramzi,Sorry for the late responseError code 14 is an unknown error, first of i think your serial number is not correct if the serial number mentioned above is what you have. Secondly, don't paste your serial number on the forum. It is public.
