VDI Master Image keeps asking to sign in

Hi, we just purchased a a 100 user license for Acrobat, and I'm trying to put it onto our master image. I'm not too sure if there is a limit to installing/uninstalling the product, but when I open Acrobat, I get the sign in screen, which I cant "skip"... All I can do is cancel, which closes the program. Next time I open it, I'm faced with the same problem.

Ive tried signing with my CC account, which works, and everything goes along fine, but when I sign out, I'm back at square one.

I'm using the TLP license key, and version of Acrobat DC, which I thought would be different from the cloud version that requires a named account.

Is there a way force the software to not want to sign in?

Thanks,

Nathan

I'm not sure VDI is supported, but I've asked on my end. Might work anyway.

Still, there are two kinds of sign in. One for product activation and one for services.

For the former, you need to activate according to one of the documented methods. Also, you need to be aware of deployment issues when using an image. See Common Deployment Options and Methods — Enterprise Administration Guide.

If the sign in screen is for services, disable all services as described here: Service and Online Feature Configuration — Enterprise Administration Guide

Hi Ben, thanks for the info and confirming this is what I should be doing. I do have it working on a VDI solution with non-persistent machines. Acrobat isnt asking to accept the EULA etc everytime a user logs in, which is a success.

The sign in issue was becasue I didnt see the "Grant Offline Exception" button next to where you enter the key in the Customization Wizard. (Explained here Does Acrobat 12 (Acrobat DC) require each user to create an Adobe ID?)

Thanks again.
