What do I need to do in order to successfully implement photoshop licensing inside of a linked clone VDI with no external connectivity? Recompose operations will blow away any licensing info and if Adobe Application Manager requires external connectivity, that won't work for me. Any tips on getting licensing successfully configured?

You can try Adobe provisioning toolkit to serialize Photoshop. The "stream" switch will be used for imaging tools to deploy licensed packages on various machines.
