Verification Code in Gmail

At our company, we first receive a verification code in Gmail, and then we have to enter the code so that we can work with the Adobe product. since yesterday I have received the code in my mail instead of numbers, just a mixture of numbers and some characters like? and = and so on, but actually only the code has to contain the numbers, not letters and characters! and I tried to send this mail to my other mail, and it works and shows correctly in my other mail but not in my work mail! Does anyone know how I can fix these problems?
