Version 2020 with Device Licence

Question

We are a school. We have a device licence.When i create a pack, i can only access to 2018 version.How can i download the 2020 version with our licence ? Thanks for your answer.

CC2018 is no longer recommended, supported, or provided as a download by Adobe so I think there is something on your end that is causing the issue. Did you create a new package for deployment, maybe you are trying to use an old package created with CC2018 version of the application. See the following
