Hallo Gruppe 🙂 , ich verzweifel hier gerade - zwei Kolleginnen haben das Adobe Abo verwaltet und nicht jetzt weg - ich bin lediglich Administratorin, müsste aber das Abo so bearbeiten, dass ich die Rechnugen bekomme und auch der Ansprechpartner bin - ich habe aber keinen Zugang, als Vertragspartnerin ist unsere Firma drin und die alte Kollegin... wie komme ich hier nun weiter? Der Support hilft nicht... Danke in die Runde schon einmal 🙂
