Hi Diane,

I suppose easiest is to pass via the correct office in your administration. I doubt that Adobe will send out agreements to anybody, except to the authorized individuals. In my case, this would be the contract owner (by chance myself) via the adminconsole. So if you are not the contract owner, you should contact the contract owner in your organization.
