VIP MERGE
Dear Adobe Team,
We are writing to express our concern regarding an issue we are facing with our Adobe licenses.
As a long-standing customer of Adobe, we are disappointed to find that there is no solution available for merging our two existing VIP numbers. Due to this limitation, we are experiencing difficulties in using Adobe Illustrator effectively across our systems.
Since Adobe does not offer a resolution for this problem, we would like to proceed with the following:
- Cancel all licenses under VIP number
- Issue a full refund for these cancellations.
- We will then place a fresh order for the required licenses under our other existing VIP number [ ].
Please confirm the process and timeline for cancellation and refund. We request your cooperation in resolving this matter at the earliest, given the inconvenience caused.
