VIP MERGE

Dear Adobe Team,

We are writing to express our concern regarding an issue we are facing with our Adobe licenses.

As a long-standing customer of Adobe, we are disappointed to find that there is no solution available for merging our two existing VIP numbers. Due to this limitation, we are experiencing difficulties in using Adobe Illustrator effectively across our systems.

Since Adobe does not offer a resolution for this problem, we would like to proceed with the following:

  • Cancel all licenses under VIP number 
  • Issue a full refund for these cancellations.
  • We will then place a fresh order for the required licenses under our other existing VIP number [   ].

Please confirm the process and timeline for cancellation and refund. We request your cooperation in resolving this matter at the earliest, given the inconvenience caused.

Adobe does not currently support merging two VIP numbers, as each VIP agreement is treated as a separate contract. However, we can assist you in proceeding with the cancellation and refund request as outlined. Please review the following steps:

Cancellation of licenses under VIP number [49*********]:
To initiate cancellation, the Contract Owner associated with this VIP must contact Adobe Support directly. You can do this through the Admin Console by navigating to the Support tab and selecting Start Chat, or by using the following link:

Refund eligibility:
Refunds are typically subject to Adobe’s standard cancellation policy and review. If the licenses were recently purchased and fall within the eligible refund window, a full refund may be granted. Otherwise, your account manager or the support team will assist you with the available options. You may also refer to this document for more information:

Placing a new order under VIP [E9********]:
Once the cancellation is confirmed, you may proceed to reorder the required licenses under your preferred VIP number.
