Hi fmis,

You can join the VIP plan if you take out Teams licences and it will give you a volume discount if you have 10 licences or more.

Each user still needs a licence, so if you have 10 users, you will need 10 Teams licences.

I'm not understanding what this website is  .does it concern business planning could you be gracious and explain things in a way I can understand  im not someone who is involved in computers and technology

Don't waste your time with Admin Console... if you have a simple setup it might work... but for managing user billing across different departments... it is not possible.
