VIP Renewal - No Response from Adobe
I'm coming here because I don't know where else to go anymore. Our VIP accounts expired on January 11. We received a notification 24 hours before they were to expire that sent me into a panic over the weekend because I assumed it would mean our team would not have access to the tools on Monday. I spent multiple hours in the Adobe console on a Saturday trying to figure out how to renew (Note: the console had a big red banner saying our access would be terminated if we did not renew). There is no way to do the renewal in the console that I can tell. I also sent several messages to our account rep, as well as to renewalhelp@adobe.com to try and get guidance. I received no responses.
I found a phone number on Monday and talked to a customer service rep (who provided no service). The individual I spoke with informed me that we have 30 days once our contract expires and that our products become unusable on Feb 11 and a rep would be contacting me. I've sent 2 additional emails since then to renewalhelp@adobe.com and had no responses.
It is now January 31 (less than 2 weeks from when we lose access) and I still have had no response. As I've tried to find a solution, I've found multiple customers on this forum with the same issue.
How can you operate a business like this? I want to pay you money to use your products. I don't understand why you are making this so difficult. Does anyone have a solution to renew the Adobe products that is reliable?
