Does Acrobat XI Pro/Std support as virtualized package (App-V 4.6 sp1)?

Sorry, we do not claim support for Acrobat XI on the App-V platform.

If it helps, we do claim support for Reader XI on App-V 4.6 SP2 (http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/appv.html).
