Want to make sure I am not being charged for 2 accounts

I signed up for an adobe acrobat pro subscription but have recently added an enterprise adobe pro account that is managed & paid for by my company. I believe I used the same email address for both accounts and I was charged earlier this month for my subscription. I am unable to view any invoices since my account is managed by my employer.

I want to make sure that I am not still being charged for my personal adobe account while my company is paying for the adobe account that they manage.

Thanks for reaching out. As checked, I can see that you currently have only an active enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query.

You mentioned, “I believe I used the same email address for both accounts and I was charged earlier this month for my subscription.” Please note that there is only an enterprise contract associated with this email address, and it is managed by your organization. Your administrator has assigned you an Acrobat Pro license under this contract.

You will not be able to view invoices for this contract, as billing and payments are managed by your organization.

If you believe you also have an individual subscription and are being charged for it, you can refer to the following document to help identify the charge:
