I am seeing a similar thing on the PCs in my environment. Including PCs with completely clean installs.

Hi @Ryan UGA Libraries IT ,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the screenshots, that's really helpful.

From what we can see in your screenshots, Acrobat Pro is included in your plan. Could you help us understand what specific issue you're running into? For example:

    • Are users seeing a trial expiration or "Buy Now" prompt when launching Acrobat on these PCs?
    • Is Acrobat opening in free/Reader mode instead of Pro, with Pro features locked or unavailable?
    • Are the clean-installed PCs specifically the ones having the issue, or is this happening across all machines in your environment?
    • Is the SDL package activating successfully on these machines, or are you seeing any licensing errors during activation?

Knowing the exact error or behavior will help us provide the right guidance for your SDL setup. Please let us know.

    Thanks,

    ^BS
