We are installing CC on our machines with CS6. Getting "installation failed". We have an enterprise license.

We have a site license for 250 seats.  CC should be free until Feb 2015.  We have loaded CC on approximately 30 computers without a problem, however, we are now getting an "installation failed"message every time we try to install it.  Any insight into this would be appreciated.
