We have Creative Cloud for enterprise.

Our Creative Cloud for enterprise customer (=end users) cannot access the Typekit Portfolio plan fonts, only the Free one.

We got it working by logging offf from user's CC and Typekit accounts, removing that user from dashboard, creating a new e-mail account for the user, inviting through that e-mail as a new user.

Now she has access to Typekit PF plan.

    Hi Matti,

I have had a look at your dashboard settings and have sent you an email regarding this issue as I am aware that you also have a support case open.

Did the users previously have Typekit accounts and can no longer see them? If so, then our typekit support can move the accounts over.

You also need to be using the named user login via the dashboard and have storage and services enabled.
