The user might be logged in to a personal profile.

 

Kindly ask the user to log out and sign in again using the Company or school account if it appears. Then, choose the appropriate business profile.

Hi,

When we switch to a personal or company account, we receive the same error as in the attached image. There is a license but it is not there.   Can you help us?

Did you also have multiple profiles after choosing the account? Did you get another screen to choose or was directly signed in?
