WEb Console - Recover older document versions not working

Hi

For almost a month, our Team is having a problem with the CC.
On web console,  synced files, it is not possible to recover older document versions (Photoshop, InDesign, Ilustrator,...) we just get an error, no timeline.
Is anyone also getting this error?
We have already cleaned browser caches, used different browsers,... but nothing works.
