Liebe Community,

Hi @brigitte_essoun_6893,

Thanks for reaching out. Upon checking, your Adobe ID is associated with an active Teams subscription.

As @kglad mentioned, you can simply install the Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) app on your new computer and sign in with your existing Adobe ID to continue using your InDesign license.

To ensure a smooth transition, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign Out of the Old Device (If Possible)

    • Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App and InDesign on your current computer and sign out from both apps.

  2. Install Creative Cloud and InDesign on Your New Computer

    • Visit Adobe Apps and log in.

    • Click on your profile picture and download the Creative Cloud Desktop App.

    • Once installed, sign in and install InDesign from the Apps section.

Alternatively you can create a Single App Package through the Adobe Admin Console:

  3. Additional Considerations

    • Plugin Compatibility: If you use third-party plugins, verify their compatibility with your new system.

    • System Requirements: Ensure your new computer meets InDesign’s requirements. You can review them here: InDesign System Requirements.

If you need further assistance, feel free to ask.

Regards,
^AN
