What can we expect from CC 2023

Hello, I am in the initial stages of planning my variable programming department upgrades and am hoping to get a better understading of what might be expected from the next roll out of CC. I realize it's a bit early to be asking, but will CC 2023 requirements include Mac OS Catalina 10.15? I am planning to push up to Mac OS to Monterey in the near future but that will require hardware upgrades for some of my remote users. As you may know, it's more difficult to get hardware with any sense of urgency in a post COVID environment. Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide.
