Hi @V_P1590,
Thanks for reaching out. When you use an Adobe Teams profile, your organization administers the account itself — meaning they manage the license, can add or remove users, and control access to services. However, they do not have direct access to your personal files, photos, or Lightroom catalog content.
Here’s what administrators can see or manage:
-
Your account details such as name, email, and assigned products
-
Storage usage totals, showing how much space you’ve used but not the actual files
-
The ability to revoke access to the account if you leave the organization
Here’s what administrators cannot see directly:
-
The specific photos you sync in Lightroom or Lightroom Classic
-
Your edits, collections, or personal catalog content
If your organization uses Adobe Storage for Business, the organization owns and controls the storage. The Storage tab in the Admin Console provides visibility into overall usage, shared storage, and individual user folders (active and inactive). Administrators can search for individual user folders, view folder details, and manage content for active users. For inactive users, administrators can transfer or permanently delete content and reclaim assets via downloadable archives.

Please note that direct, unrestricted browsing of active users’ private files is not available to administrators in Adobe Storage for Business. While admins have full visibility into storage usage and control options, they cannot open private content unless it is explicitly shared.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.
