What happens to shared files when I quit?

I've been using several Creative Cloud services the past year at my job, and I currently work together with another UX designer. We share several cloud files that we work on together, but I am the owner of most files. In a few weeks I will quit my job. The Creative Cloud subscription is connected to my work email, which will be closed when I leave. What happens to the shared files when my work email stops working? Will my colleague still be able to use the files, or will they disappear? If so, what is the best way of making sure that she has access to files when I leave?

the links to those files will stop working.  ie,all files needed after the lapse of your subscription need to stored outside your adobe files.

Thank you so much for your answer! That is what I suspected. I'll make sure that she downloads copies of the files so that she has access to them when I leave.
