What license do i need to get access to Firefly APIs?

We would like to use the Firefly API in our organization. However, in Adobe Developer Console, Firefly Services is disabled and shows:

“Incompatible API – This API cannot be used in your organization.”
 

I understand that our organization may need a specific Firefly Services entitlement/SKU. However, I haven't been able to find information on how to purchase or enable it.
 

What product/SKU do we need for Firefly API access, and does it require an Adobe Enterprise agreement?
