Question

What license will work best for a team of 20 creative professionals?

I have a small creative company and we currently have 'Adobe for Teams' license. I want to increase the number of users to 20 as well as the number of creatives and content that is generated which may mean I will need more credits across the entire CC suite and mainly use Express and Firefly for campaigns. What is the best Enterprise License that can work for me and at what cost? I would also like to know about deployment and any help I can get in onboarding my team.  (Vasielos Dandelis)

Hi @Vasielos,

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, it seems you’re looking for the best Adobe license for a team of 20 creative professionals who make extensive use of Express and Firefly, along with details on pricing and onboarding support.

For a team of this size producing high volumes of content and campaigns, the recommended option is Creative Cloud for Enterprise – Edition 4.

This plan includes:

20+ apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, Acrobat Pro, etc.)

Firefly Generative AI with advanced features such as Object Composites, Style Kits, and IP indemnification for Firefly-generated content

Adobe Stock: unlimited standard assets, with premium assets available

Collaboration tools: Creative Cloud Libraries, Share for Review, and https://adobe.ly/4nvKCZU integration

Storage: 1TB per user with pooled storage options

Security and administration: SSO, granular access controls, and audit logs

Support: 24/7 enterprise support and unlimited Adobe Expert onboarding sessions

You can review detailed pricing and feature information here: https://adobe.ly/4nwT1MR

The Creative Cloud for Teams Pro Edition is suitable for smaller organizations (typically up to 10 users) but does not include enterprise-exclusive features such as pooled generative credits, IP indemnification, and advanced Firefly capabilities. By moving to an enterprise plan, you gain access to enhanced security (SAML SSO, user directory sync), centralized procurement and support, legal/IP protections, and custom AI or Firefly partner model options with higher credit allocations.

Regarding deployment and onboarding, our team can assist you in setting up your environment and migrating user assets to ensure a smooth transition.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance in setting this up.

Regards,
^AN

Thank you. I have a few additional question:

- Do we get access to Gen Studio as part of this license?

- What happens if I run out of gen credits? Can I top up as needed or do I need to switch plans?

- What is the price difference between Level 4 and Level 5 license?

- Can Gen Studio replace Salesforce for me?

Hi @Vasielos,

Thanks for your follow-up questions , happy to clarify.

  • Do we get access to GenStudio as part of this license?
No, Creative Cloud for Enterprise – Edition 4 does not include Adobe GenStudio. You have to purchase it separately. If you are looking to purchase it, please fill out the following consultation form: https://adobe.ly/3JvxRR6

  • What happens if I run out of generative credits?
If you run out, you don’t need to switch plans. You can purchase additional credit packs as a top-up through your Admin Console or via your Adobe account manager. Check this link for more details: https://adobe.ly/4nvYgwb
Credits reset monthly, so usage planning is important for high-volume campaigns.

  • Price difference between Level 4 and Level 5 licenses
I recommend reaching out to our enterprise sales team for accurate pricing details based on your organization’s needs. You can fill out this consultation form: https://adobe.ly/47BWFPH

  • Can GenStudio replace Salesforce for me?
Adobe GenStudio and Salesforce serve different purposes. GenStudio focuses on content creation and campaign production, while Salesforce is a CRM platform for managing customer data, sales, and marketing automation.
GenStudio helps teams create and manage marketing content efficiently but cannot replace Salesforce’s CRM functions. However, Adobe Experience Cloud offers tools like Marketo Engage and Journey Optimizer that can complement or integrate with Salesforce for end-to-end marketing workflows.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.
