To help organizations strengthen compliance, security, and operational oversight, Adobe now offers real-time streamable Content Logs—providing deep visibility into how digital assets are used across Adobe’s cloud storage ecosystem.
Previously limited to 90-day manual downloads, enterprises and teams can now stream content activity logs directly into SIEM platforms like Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and Sumo Logic using Adobe I/O Events.
What’s Included
- Real-time or near-real-time streaming of content activity logs for automated monitoring
- Rich content usage insights: file creation, deletion, edits, shares, public link activity, access requests, and more
- Enterprise-grade SIEM integrations with top tools like Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and Sumo Logic
- Manual export support still available via Admin Console with improved schema and CSV export options
How to Get Started
Manual Reports:
• Navigate to Admin Console > Settings > Content Logs
• Click Create Report and select a date range (up to 90 days)
• Download CSV files (up to 100 MB each)
Real-Time Streaming:
• Subscribe to content log events via Adobe I/O Events
• Integrate with your enterprise SIEM solution (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Sumo Logic)
