When Adobe CC for Teams Expires... What happens?

My organization has Adobe CC for Teams and we may not be getting approval to renew this License we will be required to move to a contract Enterprise version of Adobe.

I want to understand a couple of things when the subscription expires.
- Can we still access what we have in storage?
- I wasn't clear on the answer do we have access to the software? If so for how long after it expires. (What all do we continue to have access to Files? Software?)

- Are we able to get additional time to move the files in the cloud?

    Hi Veronica,

Thank you for posting your query.

As I have checked your Team Order details, I see the Order was placed via a Reseller and the Renewal Reminder was sent 30 days before your Contract Renewal Date to place the Renewal Order.

If the renewal Order is not placed with the Reseller before the Renewal date, than the licenses will terminate on the Contract renewal Date and the users will lose the access to the Applications.

Regarding the access to take a backup of the files in storage, please ask all end users to take a backup within 30 days from the Contract renewal date and save the files and folders in a local drive to avoid any file missing after the contract expiry.

PS: I am sending you a private message with the exact Contract Renewal Date and the exact date until when your Teamusers have the access to the products and Services.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you,

    Deepjyoti.

Expect the software to stop working on the day the contract ends. Some people might hang on a little while, but that's just waiting until it next checks.

Thank you so much for the information it's very helpful.  Glad to know that we have 30 days after the renewal date to access everything it'll give us time to backup.

Is there a quick way to backup the files on the cloud?
Is there a way for the admin to backup all the files at once?
