When Finishing acrobat reader customization how to wrap all the folders to 1 msi file

I have a company in which I have a custom silent install interface in which i install all the apps I need after formating any computer. I managed to update all apps exept the adobe reader whish I have a Liscence to distribute. If anyone can help me compress the several decompressed files earlier in the setup to a single msi file please help me
