When I click on the URL below, it redirects me to an error page. Please help me resolve the issue.

    Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry to see you're running into this.

     

    We've checked the email address used to post here and couldn't find an active subscription associated with it. Please send us the email address your active plan is registered under via personal message, and we'll look into it.

    In the meantime, please also try the following steps, as the "You don't seem to have access" message can come up for a few different reasons:

    • You may be signing in with a personal Adobe ID instead of the work or school email associated with your organization's Teams or Enterprise plan.

    • If your Adobe ID is linked to multiple profiles, make sure you select the Business or School profile when prompted at sign-in.

    • The Admin Console is only available to users on a Teams or Enterprise plan with an admin role assigned. If you're on an individual subscription, you won't have access.

    Thank you for sharing the information. However, I am unable to log in to Teams or the Enterprise account using my personal ID. Could you please let me know if there is any alternative option to sign in?

    Thank you for getting back to us, and we're sorry you're still running into trouble with this. We know it's not easy when access to something you need keeps slipping away.

     

    Access to the Adobe Admin Console is tied to the specific email address that was assigned admin rights when the Teams or Enterprise subscription was set up, and this may not be the same as your personal Adobe ID. To sign in successfully, you would need to use that email address rather than your personal one.

    If you are unsure which email was used, we'd suggest checking the original purchase confirmation email from Adobe, as that was sent to the address used at the time of purchase and is the one most likely to have admin access.

     

    We also wanted to check back on our earlier request: could you please send us that email address via personal message? Once we have it, we can look into the account and help you from there.
