Question

When I go to the adobe licensing screen it does list Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015. Which license code are we to use on our orders.

When I retrieve a license number for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 I do not show a selection for it.  Our licensing screen shows Acrobat 11.0, 12.0 Acrobat Professional 12.0

What product name and version do I select?

I am responsible for tracking the orders and assigning our help desk folks to help users install their software.

Retrieve from where? Show in what?

More detail is needed here.

There never was a 12.0. There was DC, also called version 15 or 2015. I guess it is that. However, you need to be very aware of the difference between classic and continuous versions and choose carefully the one fitting your enterprise's needs.

Hi Sherree Merritt,

Please check and verify your serial number for the product here : Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

If your product is not mentioned for that serial number then refer this link : Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts

Let us know if this helps.
