When I launch Adobe Cloud Packager I get the message: Foutcode: A12E1

I have tried all possible Adobe solutions, but they won't work.

I get the message when the dowloaded program Creative Cloud Packager is trying to install itself.

Network issues may prevent verification of the downloaded installers during the install process.

    1. When this error occurs, leave it on the screen (clicking the cancel button will remove the downloaded files).
    2. Navigate to C:\Users\[User Name]\App Data\Local and look for a folder for the application that is being installed. For example, if you are attempting to install the Creative Cloud Packager, look for a folder called "Creative Cloud Packager."
    3. Copy this folder and paste it either to another location or to the same location with a modified name.
    4. You may now click the Cancel button, this will delete the original download.
    5. Open the copy of the folder you just created and run the Setup.exe file within to install the desired application.

As I mentioned before none of the solutions from the helpdesk of Adobe worked.

I have tried to run the CCPLauncer.exe on several different computers that were located on different places (with different servers, proxies, firewalls).

In the past it worked just fine on these computers. It seems that something has changed in the downloaded software so it doesn't work anymore.

    I got the following message:
