Where can find the VIP Change of Reseller Request Form?

Hope you're doing good.

 

You only need the following if you want to change the reseller for your VIP account:

  • System admin credentials to the Adobe Admin Console
  • Your new reseller's contact

Follow the steps to change your reseller from the Admin Console directly:

  1. Share your account's VIP Number and System Admin's email with the reseller and ask for a Reseller change code.
  2. Sign in to the Admin Console once you've received the reseller change code
  3. Navigate to Account and look for Reseller under Plan DetailsSelect Change reseller.
  4. Enter the reseller change code shared by your new reseller and click Submit.

 

You'll receive a success notification once your reseller is changed. Confirmation emails are sent to your old reseller and your new reseller.
