Where Can I Download Encore CS6?

We have a CC Desktop version at my school and no Creative Cloud desktop application. It isn't available in the Creative Cloud Application Packager.

These directions: Encore CS6 not installed with Creative Cloud. Are only for those with consumer accounts, but not for our Enterprise edition. I have looked in the options for the Creative Cloud Packager and it isn't in there. We don't have the Creative Cloud desktop application.

You can use the packager to get Encore CS6. It is included with Premiere CS6. Tick 'Show archived versions' in the Creative Cloud Packager.
