Where can I log a support call for billing support?

I’ve been trying to renew payment details on my account for a week now. 3 separate cards have been attempted, and I keep getting a generic message RE payment detail update failed. Can you please advise how I am able to speak to someone in support to get this sorted? I’ve been through every part of your website and apart from a chat bot can’t see any way to actually contact support.

    Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry for the frustration this payment update issue has caused. We understand how disruptive it is to be stuck on something as essential as renewing your payment details, especially after multiple attempts with different cards.

     

    From what you've described, the "payment detail update failed" message keeps appearing whenever you try to update the card on file, and you'd like to speak with someone directly to resolve this.

     

    Since this involves billing for a Creative Cloud for Teams account, please open a case directly with our support team from the Adobe Admin Console. Sign in at https://adobe.ly/3QXUcuq, go to the Support tab at the top, and click Create Case under Admin Support.

     

    When opening the case, please include the exact error message you're seeing and confirm that you've tried multiple cards so that the team can investigate without delay.
