II bought a premium package for my group a month ago. No licenses in the admin console

Hello,

I could see that you are added under two consoles wherein in the first console you have 1 license of creative cloud and on another, there are no licenses. You added one license on February 26, 2021 however that was returned/canceled. 

I would recommend contacting the Reseller to get more insight on this.

No. This is not the correct answer. I only made one order. Resseler made a mistake and now he cannot correct the situation. Support also refuses to help. Licenses stop working.
