which verson of adobe reader do i need to get adobe reader pro enabled

I have a colleague which have a issue to get the right adobe reader pro version.
What version is needed to get adobe reader Pro ?

adobe reader is one (free) app.
adobe pro is a different (not free) app.
the two are unrelated when it comes to installing and using.
so, with that in mind, what exactly is the issue/circumstance. eg, are you the admin of a teams or enterprise subscription and you're trying to get acrobat pro installed on one of your organization's computers?
