Why are we in TRIAL versions?

My company recently bought our design team the creative cloud package, and when we installed it, the only thing NOT a TRIAL was Photoshop CC.

What do we need to have done in order for the full suite to be "off-trial" and installed?

    Hi,

    Do you have a Creative Cloud Team membership with users signing in to the software to activate it? In which case make sure your users are added to your team and invited, they would then sign in to activate the software.

    Or do you have an enterprise license with a serial number?

    Are you using the Creative Cloud Packager or installing via the desktop app?
