Why are you charging cancellation fee after the initial period has passed?

I have made a subscription for one year, with monthly payments. I have barely used the product, so I haven't been paying attention to it too much. You have automatically renewed the "contract" when the year has ended and now you are charging me cancellation fee if i want to end the subscription. When am I supposed to end the subscription without being charged fees, since you automatically renew it, on the exact second when the year cycle completes?

Please contact support and tell them your problem, they will help you with the cancellation fees waiver as much as they can.  Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
