Why can’t I contact you?

It think it outrageous, I can't cancel my plan because you haven't been able to draw money from my account (being a poor student it's not always an option). Now it's been drawn so I payed but I STILL can't cancel my plan? And there is no phone number anywhere so I can contact you for help. It should be easy to get help from a company
