    Hi @PMoffice3708

Thank you for reaching out, and it's a fair question to raise before taking any action on these emails.

These emails come from Adobe's domain-matching service, which identifies individual Adobe subscriptions associated with your organization — typically because they share your company's email domain, use the same payment method, or your organization already holds a Teams contract while some users remain on individual plans. When these are detected, Adobe prompts the account administrator to bring those users under the team account, so that licensing is managed centrally rather than spread across separate individual logins.

In short, the emails are Adobe flagging accounts that appear to belong to your organization and inviting you to consolidate them. Consolidating is optional, but it does offer advantages such as centralized license management through the Admin Console, shared pooled storage, and prorated refunds on any cancelled individual licenses.

One point worth noting: if you are ever uncertain about the authenticity of such an email, we would encourage you to verify it before clicking any links. You are welcome to share who the email is from and what it is requesting (no personal details required), and we will be glad to help confirm whether it is genuinely from Adobe. As a general precaution, we recommend signing in directly to your Admin Console or contacting us through the Support tab there.

    Best regards,

I understand the ease of management when they are consolidated. However, the individual plan I have is prepaid and not due until end of the year. The consolidation requested a payment out front and changing to monthly payment. Why would I want to do that?

you need not make any changes (at any time) based on that email.
