Why the cloud does not refresh me the latest version of id on my mac osx 10.9.5?

He has stopped to version Id CC 2015, and does not show me the upgrade to the CC version 2015.4.

My colleagues have the PC and can download it.

In compenso Indesign all'apertura mi propone questa finestra:

Da qui io posso rispondere sia ok che Cancel e il programma si apre comunque.

Credi possa essere legato al mancato aggiornamento?


TAGLIUZ I have not seen a similar error before.  I would recommend showing the screenshot to your I.T. department/computer administrator.  Perhaps they have restricted access to Java on the current image you were provided?

If you have a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise account your I.T. department can submit a request for direct Adobe assistance with configuring the computer through their dashboard.

Maybe you should uninstall InDesign (using the Creative Cloud app), run Adobe Cleaner and Reinstall.

Grazie per la risposta veloce.

Ho seguito la procedura, ma il mio indesign è ancora nella vecchia versione e il creative cloud non mostra quella nuova.

Come se non ne esistesse una nuova...mentre c'è la 2015.4, vero che c'è?
