why when i add people it says there was a problem when we tried to save your edit adobe

I would recommend following the steps below:

Sign out of Creative Cloud Desktop

Sign back in

Try again

If the issue persists, and you are on a corporate network, VPN, or firewall, it may be blocking the request.

Try the following:

Use a different network

Disable VPN

If you still face the issue, you can add the user from the Admin Console by following this document: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/assign-licenses-to-teams-users.html
